Seal Coating asphalt is an important set to keep the life of your current asphalt parking lot or driveway. Oil is the main ingredient in asphalt, and as time goes on the sun with the UV rays will evaporate the oil from the asphalt causing it to become brittle.
Driveways
Not only does seal coating give you a nice black look to your driveway, but it also keeps the oil inside the asphalt giving you more longevity for your driveway.

Crack Repair
Keeping the moisture from getting below the asphalt is key, this will cause the base material to get soft and that is when you develop potholes. We seal the cracks with hot rubber so it can expand back and forth as the asphalt moves.
